الشروط والأحكام

مرحباً بكم في StoryHero. باستخدامكم لموقعنا وإتمام أي طلب، فإنكم توافقون على الشروط التالية:

الطلبات والمنتجات:
- جميع منتجاتنا مخصصة بناءً على البيانات والصور التي تقدمونها.
- أنتم مسؤولون عن صحة البيانات المُدخلة (الاسم، العمر، الصورة).
- نحتفظ بالحق في رفض أي طلب يحتوي على محتوى غير لائق.

حقوق الملكية والاستخدام:
- تصاميم القصص وشخصياتها مملوكة لـ StoryHero ومحمية بحقوق الملكية الفكرية.
- الصورة التي ترسلونها تبقى ملككم، ونستخدمها فقط لإنشاء قصتكم.
- في حال الدفع عند الاستلام وتنفيذ الطلب وعدم استلامه من قبل العميل، يحق لـ StoryHero استخدام المنتج المُنفّذ بالكامل في موادها التسويقية والإعلانية على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.

الأسعار والدفع:
- جميع الأسعار بالدرهم الإماراتي.
- يتم تأكيد الطلب بعد إتمام الدفع، أو بتأكيد طلب الدفع عند الاستلام.

التوصيل:
- مدة التصنيع والتوصيل من 3 إلى 6 أيام عمل داخل الإمارات.

Terms of Service

Welcome to StoryHero. By using our website and completing any order, you agree to the following terms:

Orders and products:
- All our products are personalized based on the data and photos you provide.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the data entered (name, age, photo).
- We reserve the right to refuse any order containing inappropriate content.

Ownership and usage rights:
- Story designs and characters are owned by StoryHero and protected by intellectual property rights.
- The photo you submit remains yours, and we use it only to create your story.
- In the case of Cash on Delivery where the order is produced but not received by the customer, StoryHero reserves the right to use the completed product in its marketing and advertising materials across social media.

Pricing and payment:
- All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED).
- Orders are confirmed after payment is completed, or upon confirmation of a Cash on Delivery order.

Delivery:
- Production and delivery time is 3 to 6 business days within the UAE.
