سياسة الشحن والتوصيل

التوصيل داخل الإمارات:
- مدة التصنيع والتوصيل: 3 إلى 6 أيام عمل.
- نوصّل إلى جميع إمارات الدولة.

كيف تتم العملية:
1. بعد تأكيد طلبكم، يبدأ فريقنا في تصميم القصة المخصصة.
2. بعد اكتمال التصميم والطباعة، يتم شحن طلبكم.
3. ستصلكم رسالة تأكيد عند شحن الطلب.

ملاحظات مهمة:
- تبدأ مدة التوصيل من وقت تأكيد بيانات الطفل والصورة، وليس من وقت الطلب.
- في المواسم وفترات الذروة قد تزيد المدة قليلاً، وسنخبركم بذلك.
- في حال الدفع عند الاستلام وتعذّر التوصيل أو رفض الاستلام بعد تنفيذ الطلب، يحق لـ StoryHero استخدام المنتج المُنفّذ في موادها الإعلانية.

Delivery within the UAE:
- Production and delivery time: 3 to 6 business days.
- We deliver to all emirates.

How it works:
1. After your order is confirmed, our team begins designing the personalized story.
2. Once design and printing are complete, your order is shipped.
3. You will receive a confirmation message when your order ships.

Important notes:
- Delivery time starts from the moment the child's data and photo are confirmed, not from the time of order.
- During seasons and peak periods, the time may increase slightly, and we will notify you.
- In the case of Cash on Delivery where delivery fails or receipt is refused after the order has been produced, StoryHero reserves the right to use the completed product in its advertising materials.
