📦 Delivery Timeframe | مدة التوصيل

All StoryHero orders are fully personalized and handcrafted for your child. Please allow the following timeframes:

Stage Timeframe
Order processing & personalization 1–2 business days
Delivery within UAE 2–4 business days
Total estimated delivery 3–6 business days

📌 Business days are Sunday–Thursday, excluding UAE public holidays. Orders placed on Friday or Saturday are processed the following Sunday.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) — available in selected UAE areas

⚠️ Important Notice for COD Customers

By choosing Cash on Delivery, you commit to being present and available to receive and pay for your order upon delivery. Our products are personalized exclusively for your child and cannot be resold or reassigned once produced.


If a COD order is not collected, refused, or returned without a valid reason, StoryHero reserves the right to:

  • Use the order (including any images or child's name submitted during checkout) in our social media content, marketing materials, and product showcases, without additional consent or compensation.
  • Pursue recovery of delivery and production costs.
  • Block future COD orders from the same customer or address.

By completing a COD order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. If you are unsure, please select online payment instead.

📍 Shipping Coverage | نطاق التوصيل

We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates only. We deliver to all seven emirates: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.

📬 Order Tracking | تتبع الطلب

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a WhatsApp/SMS/email notification containing your tracking number and courier details. You can use this to track your delivery in real time.

❓ Delayed or Missing Orders | الطلبات المتأخرة أو المفقودة

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the courier and keep you updated.

StoryHero is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer
  • Customer unavailability at the delivery location
  • Force majeure events (weather, strikes, public emergencies)
  • UAE public holidays
