سياسة الإرجاع والاستبدال

نحن في StoryHero نحرص على رضاكم التام عن كل قصة نصنعها.

نظراً لأن جميع منتجاتنا مخصصة بالكامل (تحمل اسم طفلكم وصورته)، فإنها تُصنع خصيصاً لكل طلب ولا يمكن إعادة بيعها. لذلك:

- لا يمكن إرجاع أو استبدال المنتجات المخصصة بعد بدء عملية التصميم، إلا في حالة وجود عيب في التصنيع أو خطأ من جانبنا.

- في حال وصول المنتج تالفاً أو يحتوي على خطأ من طرفنا (مثل خطأ في الاسم أو جودة الطباعة)، يُرجى التواصل معنا خلال 48 ساعة من الاستلام مع صورة توضح المشكلة، وسنقوم بإعادة التصنيع أو استرداد المبلغ مجاناً.

- إذا أرسلتم بيانات أو صورة غير صحيحة، يمكننا تعديلها قبل بدء الطباعة. بعد بدء الإنتاج لا يمكن التعديل.

سياسة الدفع عند الاستلام:
- في حال اختيار العميل الدفع عند الاستلام، وتم تنفيذ الطلب وتجهيزه، ثم رفض العميل الاستلام أو تعذّر التوصيل لأي سبب، يحق لشركة StoryHero الاحتفاظ بالمنتج المُنفّذ كاملاً واستخدامه في موادها التسويقية والإعلانية على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي ومنصاتها المختلفة دون الرجوع للعميل.

Return & Refund Policy

At StoryHero, your complete satisfaction with every story we create matters to us.

Since all our products are fully personalized (featuring your child's name and photo), they are made specifically for each order and cannot be resold. Therefore:

- Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged once the design process has begun, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors on our part.

- If your product arrives damaged or contains an error on our side (such as a misspelled name or print quality issue), please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with a photo showing the problem, and we will remake it or issue a full refund free of charge.

- If you submit incorrect data or photo, we can adjust it before printing begins. After production starts, no changes can be made.

Cash on Delivery Policy:
- If the customer chooses Cash on Delivery, and the order has been produced and prepared, then the customer refuses to receive it or delivery fails for any reason, StoryHero reserves the full right to keep the completed product and use it in its marketing and advertising materials across social media and its various platforms, without referring back to the customer.
